Satisfaction Assurance

Staley Performance Consulting is committed to delivering high-quality, practical training that provides real value to construction professionals. Our programs are designed to be relevant, actionable, and immediately applicable to real-world project environments.

To support this commitment, each participant is offered an optional 15 to 20 minute individual follow-up session after the training. This follow-up provides an opportunity to clarify questions, reinforce key concepts, and confirm understanding, while also allowing us to gather feedback to continuously improve our programs.

​

If a client believes a training program did not meet the agreed-upon objectives, we will work collaboratively to address concerns, provide clarification or follow-up support as appropriate, and discuss next steps.

Post-training follow-up sessions are intended for training clarification and feedback and do not include project-specific consulting or advisory services.
