My career has always centered around one thing: making complex operations work—on time, under pressure, and at scale.
​
I began in commercial and construction lending, gaining a foundational understanding of finance, risk, and contractual structure. That financial lens served me well when I transitioned to the legal field, where I spent years as the Office Manager for a leading Chicago-based law firm specializing in commercial litigation and entertainment law. I oversaw the firm’s operations, HR, billing, and client engagement. Delivering with precision in a high-stakes, compliance-heavy environment.

From there, I stepped into the entertainment industry, managing large-scale operations at Mega Systems, the first national infomercial television company. I led logistics, talent coordination, and multi-million-dollar production pipelines in a media-driven environment that demanded agility, clarity, and execution.

But it was during my 20-year career in commercial construction that I developed deep expertise in large-scale program management. I worked on industrial projects valued up to $5 billion, serving as project controls lead, scheduling expert, auditor, and owner’s representative across the power, energy, mining, oil, and paper industries. I led risk management, cost containment, Primavera scheduling, and project recovery efforts for Fortune 500 clients bridging engineering, finance, and executive reporting in some of the most complex environments in the country.
That multi-industry foundation became the catalyst for my transition into the IT, healthcare, and government sectors. I’ve since directed multi-million-dollar EHR implementations, MDM modernizations, statewide system rollouts, and digital transformation programs for the Department of Energy, Department of Justice, Human Services, and multistate healthcare systems. I specialize in turning around failing initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and restoring delivery confidence in high-visibility programs.

Outside of traditional consulting, I’ve also produced nationally recognized events including "Fast Cars & Nashville Stars" a NASCAR and country music experience covered by GAC, CMT, and Speed Channel. I later took NASCAR to the troops at Fort Campbell, orchestrating a large-scale military appreciation event involving drivers, media, and federal coordination. These projects demanded flawless logistics, high-stakes communication, and brand-level execution under intense visibility and proving my ability to lead in any environment.

Today, through Staley Performance Consulting, I bring that lifetime of experience in project management, information technology, artificial intelligence, finance, legal, entertainment, marketing, construction, healthcare, federal/state government, to help organizations lead with clarity, stabilize complex initiatives, and deliver programs that matter.
